The atmosphere is calm, and the service is warm. The freshly made chilled tofu is slightly warm, and the aroma of soybeans gently spreads. It is delicious enough with just a little salt, even without soy sauce, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavor of the beans. The thick fried tofu is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and it is light enough to eat more and more. From black sesame tofu to soy milk, okara, and miso soup loaded with tofu, everything has a wonderful aroma and is satisfying. The careful work characteristic of this place, said to be the origin of chilled tofu, has conveyed the deliciousness of tofu, leading to a new discovery.

Incredibly delicious steaks and hamburgers are produced by a chef who has a strong personality!
I like the owner, but opinions seem to be very divided and there is a lot written about him on the internet...
It's very interesting and fun, but if you want to eat slowly, I recommend a private room!
The owner is very supportive of students, among them Waseda students get a Waseda discount! LOL!
Even though I was a graduate, he gave me a small discount at the end and I was touched by his warmth!
The price is a bit expensive, but you should try it!
The red sea urchin, which I had as an extra nigiri, was delicious.
Tsukuda's rice is hard and salty rather than vinegared, which is perfect for the rich and sweet red sea urchin.
Today's menu was as follows: Wakadaishou's grilled eggplant with shako and turban shell and vinegared cucumber with olive oil and pepper were also very tasty.
The nigiri items were particularly impressive: castle flounder, sea bream, red leg prawn, nodoguro, and soft steamed abalone.

I visited this restaurant for a drink with friends. We had a relaxing meal in the restaurant with a calm atmosphere made of wood. There was a recommended menu, so we mainly chose those dishes. All the dishes were delicious, but the dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) was the best. The dashimaki tamago was softly rolled and the gentle taste of dashi and egg was delicious.
