Located in one of the deepest areas of Kyoto, "Lido Restaurant Street," Mannam is a popular restaurant with only counter seats that can fill up to seven people. We were served a platter of sashimi with sea sardines and Mama's special spicy squid roe, which was a perfect accompaniment to our drinks. We finished off the meal with a glass of homemade ginseng wine, which warmed us up. It was a fun time with Mama and the customers around us. It is a great place to feel a special encounter in the Lido food and beverage district.
