The first matured meat restaurant in Kanto Aged meat restaurant on the 4th floor of Toranomon Hills. I went there because it was the first time for a famous restaurant in the Kanto region to open a branch in the Kansai region. I went straight from my destination and arrived a little early. I was probably the first one to arrive and was asked to cover the event (I gently refused with eye contact). Since there were three of us, we ordered the 120g, 150g, and 180g portions. Soup and salad appeared first, and the soup was konpota. I like yakiniku lunches and have visited many restaurants, but I don't remember this one. The salad was a mustard leaf. The dressing was light and easy to eat before the meat. The main course is cooked in a charcoal stove, which is clearly visible from inside the restaurant as well as from the aisle, and served in a geta. At the recommendation of the waitress, the first bite is eaten without anything, and after the second bite, it is eaten with the special awa shoyu (image 6, a combination of soy sauce and dashi broth that is hardened into a foamy consistency). When eaten without anything, it tastes salty, but with soy sauce, it tastes like soy sauce. I would have liked to have had some wasabi, as I was a little bored with the taste. That was the end of the course. The bill was 3,000 yen (excluding tax) for 150 grams.
