In a quiet and comfortable interior, there are table seats and a counter where you can relax. The hand-made soba noodles have a firm texture, and the aroma of the broth is strong and very delicious. The warm bowl topped with large yuba has a good chewiness and pairs well with the noodles. The freshly fried tempura is crispy, allowing you to enjoy the savory flavors of shrimp and vegetables. The small bowl of sesame tofu and miso-covered radish is also good, and I particularly liked the warm soba flour chijimi-style dish. After the meal, I enjoyed sipping the soba-yu, savoring the lingering taste.
