Nishiki Market back lol Nishiki Market "Uoriki Hamo Tempura I had some extra time, so I came back to Nishiki Market! By the time I got back, it was completely bustling with activity! This is the restaurant I wanted to go to after checking the food log! Is it a hamo restaurant? The menu consists of only three kinds of skewers (grilled, tempura, and pork cutlet), all of which are hamo! I thought that tempura would be the best choice for hamo, so I chose this one! The batter is a little thick, but the inside is soft and fluffy! I didn't mind the small bones at all! It was delicious, but I wish there was something more to it 😓. I wonder if it's popular with foreigners. There was one more place I wanted to go, but unfortunately it was closed on Sunday, I guess I'll have to go back!
