This is a long-established tsukudani shop located at the intersection of Amazake Yokocho in Ningyocho. They carefully make tsukudani and hanamame, with a gentle sweetness that is not overwhelming. The signboard's purple hanamame is glossy and plump, with a pleasant natural sweetness. The fuki beans have a good melt-in-your-mouth texture, and the way they crumble is irresistible. The asari tsukudani is also very delicious and satisfying. It is appreciated as a gift, and although it may seem unassuming, it is a shop with real skill.
