Okkon Miyabi

The okonomiyaki made by the chef who trained in Hiroshima features a fluffy exterior and a crispy interior. You can enjoy a perfect combination of noodles, which can be chosen from yakisoba, udon, or spicy noodles, along with cabbage and sauce. It faithfully reproduces the taste of Hiroshima and is loved by the locals.

At the counter seats, you can see the cooking process on a large teppan up close and enjoy the aroma and sounds of the dishes. It is a space where you can fully savor the flavors of Hiroshima in a warm and inviting atmosphere. You can spend enjoyable times with friends and family in the cozy interior.

Opened in Numazu in February 2018, we offer dishes that utilize our training experience in Hiroshima. The restaurant name, which means 'Okonomiyaki' in Hiroshima dialect, reflects our commitment to preserving the flavors of Hiroshima. While inheriting Hiroshima's tradition, we pursue new tastes.
