Stir-fried wheat gluten and vegetables. The fluffy texture of the gluten wrapped in egg is addictive.
A classic champuru. It is a stir-fry of bitter melon and island tofu. Pork is coated in oil and island tofu is added to absorb the flavor. Once removed, onions and carrots are added and quickly mixed while adding the goya. While stirring, white dashi is added. The pork and island tofu are returned, and the special champuru sauce is poured over the vegetables. While stirring, beaten eggs are poured over the vegetables to lock in the flavor.
