When I casually stopped by with a friend, I felt relieved by the warm atmosphere managed by a family. It's a small shop with only a counter, but I had a fun time chatting with the chef. I was happy that I could try various favorite ingredients one piece at a time. The signature dish, lettuce rolls, had a crunchy texture and the sweetness of the shrimp that paired perfectly, and I couldn't help but ask for a second serving. The sashimi platter and chawanmushi were also crafted with care, and everything exceeded my expectations. I think this is the perfect place to enjoy delicious sushi without pretension.
