In a clean and calm atmosphere, the interior of the restaurant is pleasing to the eye with well-presented dishes. The seared bonito has a refreshing aroma, and the flavorful sauce pairs well with the condiments. The mustard lotus root, which can be eaten by hand, has a crispy coating and a moderate spiciness that lingers. The carpaccio of sea bream and yellowtail is layered with cheese, enhancing the deliciousness of the fish along with the aroma of olive oil. The soba noodles with slowly simmered meat have a rich broth, and it's fun to change the flavor with the island's chili seasoning.
