Reservations

The soup I had previously was excellent, so I revisited. This time it was sardine soup. The soup contained everything from the head to the entrails, and was rich and uniquely delicious. I also enjoyed the flavors of seasonal vegetables such as garland chrysanthemum and turnip, the venison, and the pasta, all of which were delicious. I would like to go back again.

♡Estación《Kagurazaka/Iidabashi》♡ ✴︎Raventos i Blanc Blanc de blanc ✴︎Loxarel Petit Arnau Rosado ✴︎Bodega La Tercia Organic Yemanueva Tempranillo Rosé ✴︎Bodegas Bilbainas Viña Pomal Centenario Reserva 2013 ✴︎BASARANA (Pacharán Navarro) Start with a glass of Cava 🥂. Dry taste, fine and vigorous bubbles are pleasant ☺️ Next up was the Rosé✨. I haven't had rosé wine in how many years? I usually don't choose it 🤔. I was very satisfied with the result 👏. Both wines were not too sweet, not too light, rich in aroma and tasted great with food 😋. We had a bottle of my favorite red wine, the chef's favorite from Rioja 🍷. It was also my favorite flavor... Too bad I don't have the vocabulary to explain it: 🤦‍♀️ After alternating cheese and wine, we were now just drunk, but at the end, the restaurant kindly gave us a Spanish liqueur called Pacharán: 🇪🇸 It was a perfect after-dinner drink, like a more refreshing sloe gin, and my stomach, heart, and liver were filled with happiness 🤗. ▶︎ Area & Genre Search
