Kawadana Onsen, which flourished as a recuperation spot for the Mori clan during the Edo period, had tiles used in ordinary households, making them a familiar presence among the common people. Tile soba was born from cooking various ingredients on these tiles. Our establishment uses authentic tiles for this dish.
Otawafuku Tile Soba
A specialty dish from Kawata, consisting of tea soba, seasoned beef, shredded omelette, seaweed, scallions, grated radish with red leaves, and lemon served on a hot tile. Enjoy by dipping in a special broth.
