This is a restaurant that takes yakitori seriously, and the initial cucumber and grated daikon are very refreshing. The tsukune is crispy on the outside and fluffy and juicy on the inside, bringing happiness with every bite. The chicken breast is enhanced by wasabi, and its moist deliciousness is well conveyed. The cooking of the liver is also impressive, with no odor and a pleasantly creamy texture. The rich flavor of the chōchin and the robust taste of the wings and thighs are unforgettable. The omakase and courses come out at a good pace, with a pleasant sharpness from the salt, and you can enjoy variations in flavor with the table condiments.
