[Tokyo Okachimachi] A charcoal-grilled izakaya where you can enjoy deeply flavored miso and rustic ingredients. The store name is read as "Misogura Tamayura." It would be a problem if you imagined a regular izakaya; they do not purchase frozen ingredients or re-freeze pre-cooked items at all. It is a passionate adult tavern that connects producers and customers as directly as possible. A la carte ◇ Three kinds of miso with namerou (fermented soybeans) ◇ Assorted fresh vegetables ◇ Assorted sashimi ◇ Braised monkfish liver I always enjoy my favorite monkfish liver with ponzu as a snack with drinks, but the restaurant's specialty is the braised version. It has a strong visual impact, and the taste is rich in monkfish liver, which I love! ◇ Assorted grilled game Three types: boar, quail, and Ezo deer. None of them had any gamey smell, and the deliciousness was on par with specialty game restaurants. ◇ Grilled rice balls with miso Recently, I have been enjoying snacks with drinks more often, and I find that I can feel quite full without ordering many main dishes. Each snack dish pairs well with sake, making it easy to keep going. I enjoyed varieties like Nabeshima and Jougen. I haven't even conquered half of the many menu items yet, so I definitely want to visit again.

Great atmosphere! Visited with a friend. It's an old house with an atmospheric interior. I personally like it very much. The first floor is a counter and the second floor is a tatami room. This time we had a tatami room. Order Assorted sashimi Meat and potatoes Vegetable sticks Negima nabe beer Lime Sour etc... As for the food, everything is basically delicious. The service is also very attentive. A female waitress took care of us from start to finish, and she was very attentive to our charm, replies, drink recommendations, plate changes, and other details. I think this is a good restaurant in terms of atmosphere, food, and service in total.
