I visited Tamayzen, a popular izakaya in Bunkyo Ward, Yushima, aiming for the oyster dobin nabe and a sashimi platter. I had wanted to go for a long time and made a reservation a month in advance! When I arrived before the 5 PM opening, there were already several groups of people who had made reservations waiting in front of the restaurant! However, there were people who came without a reservation and were turned away, so a reservation is essential! First, we toasted with beer 🍺 By the way, the large bottle is only 550 yen, which is cheap! This is the first time I've seen a large bottle from Maruefu! The oyster dobin nabe I was aiming for is actually a serving for one 😳 It's covered with oysters~! For oyster lovers, this is irresistible 🤤 There are plenty of oysters, and at this price, it's quite a bargain ✨ As I dissolve the miso around the pot, I adjust the flavor to my liking while eating. The rich depth of the miso and the firm oysters are incredibly delicious 😍 The sashimi platter of the day includes nine types of seafood, such as tuna, salmon, and fresh shirasu. It's rare to be able to eat fresh shirasu in Tokyo! Sashimi while drinking alcohol was the best 😋
