Shirokanedai, Shirokanetakanawa, Tokyo Repeat after 3 months. My favorite modern Italian restaurant. Everyone is Italian except us. It's as if they are very popular overseas! Full Course Dinner (Menu for October 2023) RAMA Signature - Brass Marinated salmon with marinated swordfish Pear and Pecorino Terrina Homemade Tsukune (chicken ball) baked in foil Sweet Potato Gnocchi Autumn Leaves Sushi Tajalin tartufo Tajalin tartufo ◇Yuzu sorbet Duck breast with red leaves Ragu' di porta al plato Pumpkin Monte Bianco The celebration plate was made in front of us again this evening and was wonderful. I would like to visit again in a different season as it is very cost-effective.

Shirokanedai, Shirokanetakanawa, Tokyo Long time no see Chef Aoki. This is a hideaway restaurant with only 8 seats at the counter and a "chef's table" atmosphere. I had wanted to come here for a long time and used it for a birthday of an important friend. We had an omakase full-course dinner based on the theme of "the fusion of Italian and Japanese cuisine," which is an evolution of Italian cuisine. In July, we had seasonal ingredients such as pike conger eel, edamame (green soybeans), eggplant, sea urchin, and peaches. ＋The presentation was cute with motifs of fireworks and sunflower blossoms. The birthday plate was handmade from scratch. It is beautiful and visually pleasing! The food, the space, and the atmosphere make this my personal favorite restaurant.

An Italian restaurant with only 8 counter seats. I have always been curious about this restaurant because I liked the photos posted on SNS so much. The menu is only a la carte, but I was told that a 10-course menu for 7,000 yen is also available. When I asked about the menu, all the dishes I was interested in were included, so I got the course. The combination of ingredients and the beauty of the arrangement kept me excited from start to finish. I was thrilled with the combination of ingredients and the beauty of the presentation from start to finish. Among them, the thin rolls of firefly squid and bamboo shoots! Tajarin tortufo Swordfish cutlet Duck meat, which is not on the menu but served as part of the course is very tasty and especially impressive. The open kitchen makes it fun to have the food prepared right in front of you, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and at home. At first glance, I was a bit nervous about this small restaurant, but I had a great time and I would like to go back to this restaurant again.
