In the store with a counter at its center, you can drink in a relaxed atmosphere. The dishes, infused with the pleasant aroma of charcoal, all felt carefully prepared. The homemade dried fish of Mehakko had just the right amount of salt, and the flesh was fluffy, bringing a smile to my face. The sashimi included white fish and whale, and it paired very well with the condiments. The selection of sake and shochu is extensive, making it enjoyable to find the right pairings. I felt that the recommendations change with the seasons, and it is a place where you can enjoy a wide variety of dishes, including hot pot and lunch.
