Nakameguro, Tokyo Established in 2001. A famous soba restaurant in Nakameguro. From the entrance, you can feel the warm atmosphere of the wooden base. The name of the restaurant is difficult to read, I couldn't read the name very well, but I was told that "dash" means to go straight ahead. The name of the restaurant means a hermit and a monk, so you can feel their strong beliefs. A la carte Soba & TORORORO I love Soba & Tororo, so it is the best. ◇Tempura of sweet potato Shrimp tempura Dashimaki Tamago Sweet Kansai style? It was my personal favorite. Soba Tofu Soba-dofu (buckwheat noodles) We had a lot of dishes. All in all, it was very tasty and my favorite. However, the leek and conger eel tempura were both sold out, leaving us with a feeling of incompleteness. Next time, I will visit a little earlier in the day.

Soba noodle restaurant in Nakameguro! Soba noodles with sesame sauce I had the Soba noodles with Sasami Sesame Sauce! It comes with soba sauce and sesame sauce. First of all, the soba noodles were chewy and sticky, very tasty ♡ and then I put them in the sesame sauce! It was very thick and the soba and sasami were so delicious! You can find sesame sauce at many soba restaurants, but I like this one very much! It is a calm restaurant and there were many people here alone during lunch time! I looked at the menu and found that there were many delicious dishes, and I would like to come here at night next time.
