Specializing in fresh pasta made from durum semolina flour, this restaurant offers an extensive pasta menu. The durum semolina flour gives the pasta an elastic and chunky texture. In addition, the premium pasta, in particular, offers a rich cream sauce with sea urchin and shrimp. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also excellent, making for a highly satisfying meal.
