Entering the door by inputting a number is fun, and once inside, I feel excited to be in a world surrounded by trees. The interior has a warm and special atmosphere, and the partitions between seats allow for a calm experience. The course features dishes that are infused with the aroma of firewood, and the roasted flavors and umami are impressive. Ingredients like truffles, sweet shrimp, ayu, and black wagyu beef each showcase their unique flavors. The meat is cut right in front of you, and when paired with salt or yuzu pepper, it is incredibly delicious. There are also non-alcoholic pairings available, allowing you to enjoy the compatibility with the dishes, and the staff's thoughtful attention is heartwarming.
