This is a fully reservation-based Japanese restaurant, and it was easy to arrive without getting lost as it is just a short walk from the station. Upon opening the door, a white wooden counter spreads out before you, and the quiet atmosphere with only six seats is very pleasant. The owner has honed his skills at a renowned restaurant for a long time, and the meticulous work shines through in each dish. In particular, the first bowl that was served had a deep flavor from freshly shaved bonito flakes and aged kombu dashi, and the aroma brought me happiness. The tempura that appears midway through the course has a light batter that gently enhances the sweetness of the ingredients. With the vibrant flavors of seasonal ingredients and gentle service, it is a wonderful restaurant where you can enjoy a relaxed experience until the very end.
