The red lanterns in the alley were warm, and I felt relaxed right away. The beef offal stew was flavorful even down to the tofu, with no unpleasant smell and it was tender. The umeboshi sour had large, firm plums that were refreshing to drink. The handmade gyoza and grilled mackerel were also made with care, and the savory aroma whetted my appetite. The interior was comfortable, and the staff were subtly attentive. Depending on the timing, I could also meet a cute cat, which was heartwarming.
