I was invited to visit Tsukushinoko for the first time, which was a long-awaited visit (^o^). It was November last year when I was told that I could make a reservation. At first I thought it was a mistake of February, but when I asked him again, he said it was May, not February. I was scared that I had to wait half a year for a reservation, even though the restaurant does not accept first-time visitors! The sake on offer included Ottersai, Jikin, Jyushiyo, Kajindai, Kajindai Kuheiji, Kaze no Mori, and many other high-brand sakes! The dishes start with wild vegetables, sashimi, meat and potatoes with new potatoes, oversized herring, and boiled noodles. All are exquisitely seasoned and complement the star of the show, the sake! The view from the second floor seats overlooking the front of each brewery is unbeatable! It was truly a happy time, and I thank everyone who joined us. #MyBest2016 #early!　#The best herring of my life #I want to eat just that herring!

February 2017 visit. I was invited by a regular and had the duck hot pot I had longed for (^o^) The seasoning is modest, and the system makes use of the flavors of the ingredients as they are, warming your body to a warming temperature. After extracting the flavor of the ingredients, udon noodles are added to finish the dish. Thick slices of sashimi, sea cucumbers, and buri daikon (yellowtail radish), all of the dishes were very much enjoyed with sake. We toasted with Otters Otterfest, a famous sake that can only be served here, We drank sake up to the limit (4 gou/person).

When I wrote a review on the food log, I set a personal rule that I would never give a 5.0 rating to a restaurant. I have set a personal rule that I will never give a restaurant a 5.0 when I write a review on the food log, but when I learned about this restaurant, I quickly changed my mind. I have been to this restaurant three times, and all of them have been 5.0. This time I was taken there again by a regular fellow drinker and eater, thank you very much. First, we toasted with an aperitif of Otter Fest Sake (Otter Festival Sparkling), which can only be tasted here. The three appetizers arrived, followed by an assortment of thick cuts of sashimi, herring, simmered wax gourd, stewed beef tendon, and aosajiru to finish off the simple dishes, but when paired with sake, they were........ I checked the data and found that I had not been to the restaurant since May 2016. I wonder when my next visit will be...I look forward to hearing from you.
