It is a small shop with just a cozy counter, located close to the station. The aroma of charcoal spreads gently, and from the moment you enter, your appetite is stimulated. The grilled chicken is all served hot, and you can feel the careful grilling technique in everything from the tsukune (chicken meatballs) to the liver, negima (chicken and green onion), and bonjiri (chicken tail). The liver has no unpleasant smell and has a melt-in-your-mouth texture, perfectly complementing the sauce. The pickled vegetables in kombu are refreshing, and to finish, the grilled chicken dashi ochazuke (rice with tea) goes down smoothly. In a modern space of red and black, takeout is also available, making it easy to enjoy.
