It is a calm and cozy space on the second floor of a building near the station. The ventilation is excellent, allowing you to enjoy without worrying about smoke or odors. The skewers have a wonderful charcoal aroma, and I was impressed by the moistness of the chicken breast and the deliciousness of the liver paired with pepper. The crunchiness of the gizzards, the texture of the stuffed dumplings, and the accents of green onions and shishito peppers between the pieces of chicken were also great. Even the chicken wings were carefully grilled, and the salad, soup, and appetizers were all delicious without any shortcuts. You can enjoy it with shochu or beer, and indulge in additional shiitake mushrooms, quail eggs, ginkgo nuts, and even finish with tea rice.
