🇯🇵ISEKADO×Onidensetsu STYLE : Weat Coast Pilsner ABV : 5.0% / IBU : 35 The theme is “Aiming for the supreme Weat Coast Pilsner”! A clear foundation without off-flavors vividly brings out the character of the hops. For the aromatic core we used Krush, which has berry and tropical nuances. By pairing it with Strata, we gave the beer a deeper, fruitier expression. For the finish, Nelson Sauvin and Citra were gently blended at low temperature, resulting in a light, refreshing aroma that evokes white wine and citrus. Despite using luxurious ingredients, it remains endlessly easy to drink. You can enjoy the hop finish while it glides down the throat with a crisp, light drinkability. The pure savory flavor of the first wort combined with aromas reminiscent of freshly picked fruit is a real pleasure!

🇯🇵Alpen Blick (Niigata) STYLE : Spiced Ale ABV : 5.0% / IBU : 15 Spicy ale made with fully ripe tomatoes from Odohara, Myoko City! We roasted the ripe tomatoes in the oven to concentrate their umami, then finished it with basil and coriander for a spicy touch. The tomato’s presence and the spices’ definition are wonderfully balanced, and when enjoyed with food you can better appreciate the changing aromas and lingering finish. A distinctive beer that complements dishes!
🇯🇵FARMENTRY (Nara) STYLE : DH Berliner Weisse ABV : 4.5% / IBU : 10 Berliner Weisse (Berliner Vaise) is a beer style said to have originated in Berlin around the 17th century. It is a wheat beer fermented with a mixed culture of lactic acid bacteria and ale yeast. Because of its refreshing acidity and light mouthfeel, it was reportedly called the "Champagne of the North." Summer Sour Wheat undergoes mixed fermentation with lactic acid bacteria and ale yeast, just like traditional Berliner Weisse. The mashing method has also been adjusted: after mashing with 100% wheat malt, the wort and malt were boiled, then mixed with barley malt and water for a second mash. This approach reproduces a depth and graininess similar to decoction brewing. In addition, two hop varieties that evoke citrus and herbal aromas are used for dry hopping, resulting in a summer-friendly beer that highlights both tartness and aroma!

The malt gives aromas of bread, biscuits, and soft caramel, balanced by hop flavors with earthy, herbal, and floral notes. Freestyle Southern Cross hop forms a sharp citrus backbone, Eggers' Rakau hop adds ripe apricot, Krush hop brings mango, Lily hop contributes floral notes, Peacharine hop provides stone-fruit aroma, and Citra hop offers lime-like nuances that overlap three-dimensionally to create a balanced pint.
🇯🇵Noroshi Brewery (Chiba) STYLE : Session IPA ABV : 3.7% / IBU : 38 Citrus, pine, and faint tropical fruit aromas from Simcoe, Mosaic, Cascade, Citra, and CTZ. On the palate, despite a light body the hop aroma rises, and a brisk, dry drinkability continues. Although low in alcohol, we focused on balancing grain character and bitterness so it would not taste watery. This is a beer that shapes the shock of the early 2010s idea of an "IPA you can drink like water." Light and dry, yet not simply unsatisfying — we aimed for a delicate balance. Easy to drink, yet finished so you still firmly feel the IPA character!

Based on "Yamabushi Ni / Saison Noir", it was refermented with plenty of home-grown blueberries. It was finished with in-bottle (tertiary) fermentation. A distinct blueberry aroma. On the palate, juicy blueberry fruit flavors and a clean, fruit-derived acidity—different from barrel-aged acidity—are characteristic. There is no sweetness; the finish remains decidedly dry. It may suggest a somewhat bold red-wine character, but it is, after all, blueberry rather than grape. A bottle that lets you fully enjoy the goodness of blueberries!
🇯🇵Yamabushi-Shiga Kogen×Zakkokukoubou STYLE : Barrel Aged Ale ABV : 11.5% / IBU : - / Bottle 750ml Special!! Limited edition!! We blended our respective barrel-aged sours with a Quadrupel. Using Mugi Zakkoku Kobo’s extremely rare red ale aged for three years, and Shiga Kogen Beer’s base spirit of the barrel‑aged Yamabushi "red", similarly matured for over three years in wine and whiskey barrels. The color is an amber close to red, with a rich head. The blend introduces a sweetness not found in pure sour ales to date, characterized by a balance of sweet and sour. Combined with fruitiness evoking strawberries and red grapes, it has a somewhat full-bodied, red-wine-like flavor. Finished to be enjoyed as a table drink alongside food!

Fukushima Prefecture:Aizu Sake Brewery Pure domestic liqueur blended with two citrus fruits, Yuzu and Kabosu, based on pure rice sake! We pursued a refreshing sourness, elegant sweetness, and rich aroma. Recommended on the rocks or with soda!
Kagoshima Prefecture:Wakashio Sake Brewery This sake was inspired by the Kagoshima dialect phrase, "Crying is good, jumping is better than crying," which means, "In difficult times, don't think about this and that, just take action. It is made from sweet potato shochu and barley shochu, and flavored with yuzu peel and juice to make your heart jump!
Aroma: Aromatic and ripe sweet potatoes are used in this product. It has a surprisingly rich lychee-like aroma. It is characterized by its sweet and mellow taste and crisp aftertaste. The sake is designed to be enjoyed as a food sake while enjoying its gorgeous aroma. It is a product of 150 years of experience in the brewing of sake.
Ichiki-kushikino-shi, Kagoshima Prefecture: Tazaki Sake Brewery / Yellow malted rice used in sake brewing is used, and the raw materials are Kogane-Sengan and Shiratoyo sweet potatoes. It is fermented at low temperature for two weeks after harvesting and distilled under normal pressure. The aroma of sweet potatoes is high, and the taste is soft, sweet, and refreshing.
Kagoshima Prefecture: Nakamura Shuzojo. A traditional bottle that is both rich and light. This sweet, toasty sweet-potato shochu is handcrafted with a silky-smooth texture. Enjoy its elegant aroma, flavor, and lingering finish.

A miracle where the ground formed by coral reefs continues to rise. From Kikaijima, blessed with rich nature and life, Brown sugar shochu that sleeps in coral and grows in the morning sun. A representative brand since its establishment. Rich depth from the ingredients and a sharp aftertaste!
Kagoshima Prefecture: Tomita Sake Brewery A jewel created by the smallest of the brown sugar shochu distilleries. Using Amami's specialty brown sugar and water from the primeval forest wilderness Kinsakubaru, it is brewed in earthenware jars. Aroma: Aromatic and ripe sweet potatoes are used in this product. It has a surprisingly rich lychee-like aroma. It is characterized by its sweet and mellow taste and crisp aftertaste. The sake is designed to be enjoyed as a food sake while enjoying its gorgeous aroma. It is a product of 150 years of experience in the brewing of sake.
Ichiki-kushikino-shi, Kagoshima Prefecture: Tazaki Sake Brewery / Yellow malted rice used in sake brewing is used, and the raw materials are Kogane-Sengan and Shiratoyo sweet potatoes. It is fermented at low temperature for two weeks after harvesting and distilled under normal pressure. The aroma of sweet potatoes is high, and the taste is soft, sweet, and refreshing.
Kagoshima Prefecture: Nakamura Shuzojo. A traditional bottle that is both rich and light. This sweet, toasty sweet-potato shochu is handcrafted with a silky-smooth texture. Enjoy its elegant aroma, flavor, and lingering finish.
Kagoshima Prefecture:Wakashio Sake Brewery This sake was inspired by the Kagoshima dialect phrase, "Crying is good, jumping is better than crying," which means, "In difficult times, don't think about this and that, just take action. It is made from sweet potato shochu and barley shochu, and flavored with yuzu peel and juice to make your heart jump!

It is a wheat beer fermented with a mixed culture of lactic acid bacteria and ale yeast. Because of its refreshing acidity and light mouthfeel, it was reportedly called the "Champagne of the North." Summer Sour Wheat undergoes mixed fermentation with lactic acid bacteria and ale yeast, just like traditional Berliner Weisse. The mashing method has also been adjusted: after mashing with 100% wheat malt, the wort and malt were boiled, then mixed with barley malt and water for a second mash. This approach reproduces a depth and graininess similar to decoction brewing. In addition, two hop varieties that evoke citrus and herbal aromas are used for dry hopping, resulting in a summer-friendly beer that highlights both tartness and aroma!

🇯🇵FARMENTRY (Nara) STYLE : DH Berliner Weisse ABV : 4.5% / IBU : 10 Berliner Weisse (Berliner Vaise) is a beer style said to have originated in Berlin around the 17th century. It is a wheat beer fermented with a mixed culture of lactic acid bacteria and ale yeast. Because of its refreshing acidity and light mouthfeel, it was reportedly called the "Champagne of the North." Summer Sour Wheat undergoes mixed fermentation with lactic acid bacteria and ale yeast, just like traditional Berliner Weisse. The mashing method has also been adjusted: after mashing with 100% wheat malt, the wort and malt were boiled, then mixed with barley malt and water for a second mash. This approach reproduces a depth and graininess similar to decoction brewing. 🇯🇵FARMENTRY (Nara) STYLE : DH Berliner Weisse ABV : 4.5% / IBU : 10 Berliner Weisse (Berliner Vaise) is a beer style said to have originated in Berlin around the 17th century. It is a wheat beer fermented with a mixed culture of lactic acid bacteria and ale yeast. Because of its refreshing acidity and light mouthfeel, it was reportedly called the "Champagne of the North." Summer Sour Wheat undergoes mixed fermentation with lactic acid bacteria and ale yeast, just like traditional Berliner Weisse. The mashing method has also been adjusted: after mashing with 100% wheat malt, the wort and malt were boiled, then mixed with barley malt and water for a second mash. This approach reproduces a depth and graininess similar to decoction brewing. In addition, two hop varieties that evoke citrus and herbal aromas are used for dry hopping, resulting in a summer-friendly beer that highlights both tartness and aroma!

Ichiki-kushikino-shi, Kagoshima Prefecture: Tazaki Sake Brewery / Yellow malted rice used in sake brewing is used, and the raw materials are Kogane-Sengan and Shiratoyo sweet potatoes. It is fermented at low temperature for two weeks after harvesting and distilled under normal pressure. The aroma of sweet potatoes is high, and the taste is soft, sweet, and refreshing.

The black koji gives it a distinctive sharpness and a rich, fragrant full-bodied flavor. Aroma: Aromatic and ripe sweet potatoes are used in this product. It has a surprisingly rich lychee-like aroma. It is characterized by its sweet and mellow taste and crisp aftertaste. The sake is designed to be enjoyed as a food sake while enjoying its gorgeous aroma. It is a product of 150 years of experience in the brewing of sake.
Ichiki-kushikino-shi, Kagoshima Prefecture: Tazaki Sake Brewery / Yellow malted rice used in sake brewing is used, and the raw materials are Kogane-Sengan and Shiratoyo sweet potatoes. It is fermented at low temperature for two weeks after harvesting and distilled under normal pressure. The aroma of sweet potatoes is high, and the taste is soft, sweet, and refreshing.
Kagoshima Prefecture: Nakamura Shuzojo. A traditional bottle that is both rich and light. This sweet, toasty sweet-potato shochu is handcrafted with a silky-smooth texture. Enjoy its elegant aroma, flavor, and lingering finish.
Kagoshima Prefecture:Wakashio Sake Brewery This sake was inspired by the Kagoshima dialect phrase, "Crying is good, jumping is better than crying," which means, "In difficult times, don't think about this and that, just take action. It is made from sweet potato shochu and barley shochu, and flavored with yuzu peel and juice to make your heart jump!

Kagoshima Prefecture: Tomita Sake Brewery A jewel created by the smallest of the brown sugar shochu distilleries. Using Amami's specialty brown sugar and water from the primeval forest wilderness Kinsakubaru, it is brewed in earthenware jars. The black koji gives it a distinctive sharpness and a rich, fragrant full-bodied flavor. Slowly aged until it becomes soft, this brown sugar shochu is clean yet deeply flavorful, with a pleasant, refined sweetness.
Fukushima Prefecture:Aizu Sake Brewery Pure domestic liqueur blended with two citrus fruits, Yuzu and Kabosu, based on pure rice sake! We pursued a refreshing sourness, elegant sweetness, and rich aroma. Recommended on the rocks or with soda!

🇯🇵ISEKADO×Onidensetsu STYLE : Weat Coast Pilsner ABV : 5.0% / IBU : 35 The theme is “Aiming for the supreme Weat Coast Pilsner”! A clear foundation without off-flavors vividly brings out the character of the hops. For the aromatic core we used Krush, which has berry and tropical nuances. By pairing it with Strata, we gave the beer a deeper, fruitier expression. For the finish, Nelson Sauvin and Citra were gently blended at low temperature, resulting in a light, refreshing aroma that evokes white wine and citrus. Despite using luxurious ingredients, it remains endlessly easy to drink. You can enjoy the hop finish while it glides down the throat with a crisp, light drinkability. 🇯🇵FARMENTRY (Nara) STYLE : DH Berliner Weisse ABV : 4.5% / IBU : 10 Berliner Weisse (Berliner Vaise) is a beer style said to have originated in Berlin around the 17th century. It is a wheat beer fermented with a mixed culture of lactic acid bacteria and ale yeast. Because of its refreshing acidity and light mouthfeel, it was reportedly called the "Champagne of the North." Summer Sour Wheat undergoes mixed fermentation with lactic acid bacteria and ale yeast, just like traditional Berliner Weisse. The mashing method has also been adjusted: after mashing with 100% wheat malt, the wort and malt were boiled, then mixed with barley malt and water for a second mash. This approach reproduces a depth and graininess similar to decoction brewing. In addition, two hop varieties that evoke citrus and herbal aromas are used for dry hopping, resulting in a summer-friendly beer that highlights both tartness and aroma!

On the palate, despite a light body the hop aroma rises, and a brisk, dry drinkability continues. Although low in alcohol, we focused on balancing grain character and bitterness so it would not taste watery. This is a beer that shapes the shock of the early 2010s idea of an "IPA you can drink like water." Light and dry, yet not simply unsatisfying — we aimed for a delicate balance. Easy to drink, yet finished so you still firmly feel the IPA character!

The color is an amber close to red, with a rich head. The blend introduces a sweetness not found in pure sour ales to date, characterized by a balance of sweet and sour. It is a wheat beer fermented with a mixed culture of lactic acid bacteria and ale yeast. Because of its refreshing acidity and light mouthfeel, it was reportedly called the "Champagne of the North." Summer Sour Wheat undergoes mixed fermentation with lactic acid bacteria and ale yeast, just like traditional Berliner Weisse. The mashing method has also been adjusted: after mashing with 100% wheat malt, the wort and malt were boiled, then mixed with barley malt and water for a second mash. This approach reproduces a depth and graininess similar to decoction brewing. In addition, two hop varieties that evoke citrus and herbal aromas are used for dry hopping, resulting in a summer-friendly beer that highlights both tartness and aroma!
