Depending on the quantity of dashi packs being created and the store situation on the day, it may take some time before we can hand them over. We appreciate your understanding.
Reservation Rules
● Reservations are only accepted online. We do not accept reservations by phone, so please understand.
● We accept orders of 2 packs or more of one type.
● We can accommodate up to 6 people per purchase.
● Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance.
● If you are more than 10 minutes late for your reservation time, we may have to cancel your order, so please be aware of this in advance.
● Please come to the store together, rather than waiting for the representative.
Changes to reservation date, time, or number of people
Changes to the number of people or the date and time after the reservation is completed cannot be accepted for any reason. Please be sure to confirm before finalizing your purchase.
In the unlikely event that there are changes to the date, time, or number of people, we sincerely apologize, but please cancel your reservation and make a new purchase.
