Upon entering, I was guided to a calming seat where I could relax and take my time. Initially, small dishes were lined up, and I was pleased to be able to choose my favorite item. The tempura had a slightly thicker batter but was crispy and light, with the heat properly penetrating to the inside, making it not greasy. The simmered yellowtail was well-infused with flavor, and even the burdock was delicious. The draft beer was nicely chilled, making it easy to enjoy a drink after work. With lively service and large mugs, it was a fun place to gather, and it felt like a casual spot to drop by.

As soon as you enter, the cheerful voices of the staff resonate, lifting your spirits. The store is lined with sumo merchandise, and just looking at it is enjoyable. You can choose from small bowls for the appetizers, which is great because you can customize it from the start. The tempura has a light and crispy batter, and being able to choose your favorite ingredients is also nice. The bite-sized gyoza is packed with filling, and it pairs perfectly with the spicy chili oil. The large mug of draft beer is impressive, and when everyone toasts, the atmosphere instantly becomes lively.
