I had the 'Old-style Tofu'. 'Old-style Tofu' is a firmer type of cotton tofu, which has a different taste from modern tofu, and its solid texture is impressive. With every bite, the rich flavor of the soybeans gradually spreads, making it a dish that truly allows you to 'taste the ingredients'. The firm texture was pleasant, and I enjoyed its simple yet profound flavor. The interior of the restaurant had a quiet and calm atmosphere, creating a space that made me forget the hustle and bustle of the tourist area. The pleasant service from the staff further enhanced the overall satisfaction of the meal.

I enjoyed a simple yudofu. The dengaku was also delicious. The tempura was just okay. It was a tatami room, but I would appreciate chairs. The facility is old. I suppose it has a traditional atmosphere. The garden might be nice in its natural state, but personally, I would like it to be a bit better maintained. If the view of the garden were better, I would still go even if the price were a bit higher.

This was my second visit, and I was very satisfied. I was thrilled to be given a table on the garden side on the second floor. There were many maple trees, so it seems like it will be enjoyable during the autumn leaves season. However... since it is a historic building, the steep stairs were a bit scary. Also, I was concerned about the dimness of the restroom. The staff's service was impeccable. I want to go again. I also purchased frozen tofu buns (sold separately) on my way back. I heated them in the microwave. I think they contained okara. They were delicious. ⚫︎ Currently selling 16 pieces for 4,000 yen on the website.

I had a reservation through Auto Reserve, but due to a mistake, my reservation was missing. However, thanks to the quick thinking of the staff at the entrance, I was able to get in because there was no contact from the person who had a reservation 30 minutes before me. Initially, I was told that I wouldn't have a window seat, but they prepared a private room by the window for me. The food was delicious, and I had a wonderful time. I was full from the tofu. Thank you for the meal. Thank you very much.

I visited during the season of autumn leaves. The silky tofu in the yudofu was smooth, and the dipping soy sauce for the tofu was very delicious. Grated yam was served, and I enjoyed it deliciously with the soy sauce on top of the grated yam rice. The garden view from the tatami room was very beautiful, and I leisurely enjoyed my meal. Also, the staff were in a good mood. I had a pleasant time. Thank you very much.

Unlike the surrounding noise, we enjoyed two types of tofu in a calm Japanese-style room while gazing at the emotionally rich garden. The broth enhanced the flavor of the tofu, and each small dish had its own unique taste, making for a very satisfying time. This is definitely a place I want to visit again.

Of course, the atmosphere of the restaurant was good, the receptionist was courteous and helpful, and the service in the restaurant was good and comfortable. The room we were shown in was also good, and we were able to enjoy our meal in a relaxed atmosphere. The view from the window was so spectacular that I would like to come back during the fall foliage season, so I would like to come back around that time. Needless to say, all the dishes were delicious, and the tofu was so delicious that you could enjoy the taste and smell of the soybeans so much that you would wonder what other tofu was like. I would definitely like to try it again.
