I heard that a Chinese restaurant that has been famous for a long time has reopened, and I visited with excitement. The interior is bright and clean, with spacious seating that makes it comfortable. The first soup is based on a white broth with a thick texture, and the flavors of shark fin and fish overlap, followed by a pleasant spiciness that comes later. The assorted appetizers are diverse, with each dish, such as marinated octopus and simmered eel, being carefully prepared and never boring. They serve jasmine tea in a pot, allowing you to enjoy it slowly with the food. The dessert to finish is a milk pudding scented with osmanthus syrup, which has a smooth texture that I really liked.
