We visited on the second day of our trip to Shirahama. Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes were prepared, and there were four to five kinds of pickled plums, making for a very complete meal. We also enjoyed an extraordinary atmosphere with a little honey flowing out of a beehive and tangerine-flavored pickled plums to enjoy as an accompaniment to rice or as a snack. It was enjoyed along with the side dishes, salads, and bananas that were served. The mikan umeboshi were slightly sweet and lightly salted.
