Located in a seaside mall, the calm atmosphere of traditional Japanese style is very pleasant. Lanterns shaped like pufferfish are decorated, giving a sense of the local flavor of Shimonoseki. The tea soba served on a heated tile sizzles as it arrives, with a delightful aroma that whets the appetite. Eating the noodles while looking at the wall instructions results in a crispy texture on the surface that is enjoyable. The pufferfish tempura is thick and fluffy, pairing well with the slightly sweet beef and seaweed. It's also nice to have the option to choose between udon and tea soba, and the portion size is satisfying.
