This is a shop that is easy to enter, located just a short walk from the station. Here, you can enjoy various local dishes from Hachijo Island. The island sushi is marinated in a sweet sauce, and instead of wasabi, mustard is used as an accent. The tempura made with ashitaba is crispy and satisfying in portion size. The sashimi, with its large cuts, brings out its flavor well when enjoyed with salt. There are many types of Hachijo Island shochu, making it fun to compare different varieties.
