This is a calm dining establishment located in the town of Echigo-Yuzawa. The interior has a warm wooden feel and is clean, allowing for a relaxed experience. There are tatami seating and a counter where you can stretch your legs, making it cozy despite its compact size. The menu features dishes made with local ingredients, including wild vegetables and creative plates. The fried tofu from Tochigi, filled with crushed natto, enhances the aroma and pairs very well. The dishes made with maitake mushrooms and the kenchin soup are also rich in flavor, and the presentation is beautiful, leaving me very satisfied.
