It's a small shop with only a counter, but it has a calm atmosphere that makes you feel at ease even if it's your first time. The daytime rice bowl features chicken and greens with a gentle braised pork flavor, and when you pour the light broth over it, the umami expands even further. The grilled mackerel and spring rolls with snap peas are all carefully made, which is evident in each dish. The draft beer served in a chilled glass is crisp and delicious, showcasing the excellent management of the tap. The smooth service of both food and drinks allows you to enjoy the conversation without interruption, which is a delight. I felt that this place, with its gentle flavors and friendly service, is truly appealing, especially with so many regular customers.
