I am excited to experience soba making in a bright and clean classroom. It's fun to knead, roll, cut, and boil the flour, and then enjoy the freshly made soba. They teach you with a 2:8 flour ratio, and with careful support, it's reassuring even for beginners. The soba is firm and has a nice texture, making me happy with every bite. The dipping sauce has a fragrant broth and is slightly rich, enhancing the refreshing flavor of the noodles. The tempura has a light and crispy batter, perfectly cooked inside, and is very satisfying.
