A Thrilling Encounter of Cheese and Meat @ Umeda | Delicious food and happiness♪ Dinner with friends after a long time! Me, a meat lover, and my friend, a cheese lover, were looking for a good restaurant, and we found one! Charcoal Grilled Lump Meat and Sometimes Cheese! It's located on the 8th floor of the Umeda S Building, near the Fountain Plaza from Umeda. Take the elevator up and you'll see the restaurant right away! You can look down on Midosuji from the glass wall! Beautiful, isn't it? The inside of the restaurant has a casual feel, with plenty of seating. There are lots of bookshelves, but this one - actually - you should go and experience it! Cheers~! ■An alcoholic drink combining fruits and vegetables 590 yen Women definitely love it, don't they? I can't believe it's a drink that combines vegetables and fruit! I had the "Pink's" - apple, lemon and carrot! Well... I couldn't taste the alcohol, but it's a very easy drink! I feel it's good for my body! My friend had a draft beer! Through: Sickly Fried Pasta! The pasta was so salty that I couldn't stop myself from eating it! Charcoal-grilled vegetable bagna cauda, selected by the handsome Mr. Okuno, 790 yen! Charcoal-grilled vegetables are delicious because they retain their moisture content! Dipping the bagna cauda makes it easy to eat the vegetables! Assorted Japanese cured ham and three kinds of Italian ham 990 yen, Parma Salami, Coppa Mortadella My personal favorite is coppa! It is the back part of a pig's neck. It is delicious with just the right amount of fat and meat! ■Yellows 590 yen The drink we just ordered is also a different version Lemon, mango, pumpkin The mango in it makes it sweeter and tastier! My friend ordered Maker's Mark! ■Rocky Mount Rokko Avalanche Cheese Roast Beef 100g 1590yen The restaurant's recommendation was roast beef, so we ordered it! Then, they came with a small frying pan! What a surprise! He poured cheese all over it! Where did the roast beef go? Nyooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! Cheese that stretches so much! How about eating them together? I thought before eating it, but they go so well together! Rather, it's a synergistic effect? The taste is so addictive! Charcoal-grilled Japanese black wagyu beef rare parts and seared Japanese beef tendon 1990 yen Tonight's main dish! Cheese again on the top of the beef! Wow! It's like a flood! The meat is firm and meaty, and the more you bite into it, the more you can feel the umami of the meat! The meat is lean, so although the cheese is rich, I enjoyed it without hesitation!
