The handmade gyoza was fragrant, and the balance of the thin skin and the tightly packed filling was excellent. When seasoned with salt, pepper, and vinegar, the umami of the ingredients comes through clearly. The cilantro and salsa variation of gyoza has a spicy kick combined with the refreshing taste of lemon, making it impossible to stop eating. The craft beer selection is also impressive, and pairing it with the gyoza is a lot of fun. Rice and pickled mustard greens are provided, ensuring a satisfying meal. The interior, adorned with American-style decor, is relaxing, and the attentive service is very pleasant.
