Located in a quiet place in the mountains, it's exciting to enjoy a hearth at each table. Grilling black kashiwa and Choshu chicken while savoring a rich sauce that also coats the vegetables makes it irresistibly delicious. The kamameshi is packed with the umami of chicken, and the cooking is exquisite. For the second serving, pouring dashi over it changes the flavor and enhances the satisfaction even more. The yamame is grilled on a skewer, making the flesh plump, and the sashimi has a gentle flavor; both are excellent. There is a variety of non-alcoholic draft beer and sake available, allowing you to relax in nature.
