I had a refreshing bowl of meat soba, and the thin noodles had a firm texture that made it satisfying to eat. The chicken was sliced thinly and had a good chew, and there was plenty of green onion that added a nice aroma. The broth had a light saltiness, and the scent of chicken fat blended well, leaving a pleasant aftertaste. The bowl was compact, but the amount of noodles was substantial, providing a sense of satisfaction. I also enjoyed some squid tempura on the side, which paired perfectly with the soba. The bright service made for a comfortable atmosphere, and I could easily relax at the counter even when dining alone.
