The atmosphere in the restaurant is calm, and the air has a pleasant sense of age. The lunch chirashi sushi is served in a square container, filled with plenty of fatty and lean tuna, white fish, octopus, eel, crab, sea urchin, and egg. The toppings are thick and fresh, and the melt-in-your-mouth tuna left a particularly strong impression. There are also two small side dishes and a soup, with a gentle flavor of curry-flavored potato salad and simmered hijiki seaweed that serve as a nice palate cleanser. Towards the end of the meal, hand rolls are served, and the combination of crispy seaweed and creamy tuna is excellent. Although there may be a bit of a wait for the food to be served, it feels like it is made with care and attention.
