Jun Takeuchi decided to become a sushi chef after an experience in Bolivia while in college. Realizing that sushi is loved all over the world, he went to culinary school and after many years of training in Ginza and Daikanyama, he started his own restaurant. At his restaurant, he places great importance on making his customers feel relaxed and enjoy their meal.
