Using fresh ingredients from Akita and Inaniwa, we finish our tempura with a technique that steams the food inside the batter. We maximize the flavors of seasonal wild vegetables, mushrooms, and fish from Oga, allowing you to enjoy a light and delicate taste. Furthermore, coarse salt from Oga enhances the umami of the ingredients, making each dish an artistic masterpiece.

The refreshing scenery that spreads from the entrance and the decorative sliding doors made of Akita fuki inside the restaurant are impressive.
