I was full after eating curry at Katchal Bachchal, but since it was nearby, I decided to pay a visit. In fact, we visited the second restaurant after Katchal last year as well, but gave up because of the huge line at that time. I don't know if it was due to the coronavirus, but fortunately this year we had the miracle of 5 people waiting outside. When I looked into the restaurant, there were several waiters, but there was practically only one person making ramen and the others seemed to be assistants. So, to be honest, the turnover is not very good. I entered the restaurant and purchased a meal ticket for tantanmen and pakuchi from the ticket machine. First of all, the soup was lighter than I expected (perhaps because I had just eaten curry). Personally, I think it could be a little spicier, but it tastes good when mixed with the straight noodles. Now that I think about it, I can't help but wonder why I didn't use the pepper when there was some on the tabletop. I put in some pakuchi to change the flavor as I approached the middle of the dish. It is 100 yen per plate, so you can have it all to yourself or share it with several people. I wasn't sure if I could finish it, but by the time I was done, I had finished all the soup. As expected of a Michelin Guide restaurant and a 100-member restaurant on the food log, this was a gem.
