A sophisticated yakitori restaurant Ishii, which opened in February this year and immediately became a hot topic of conversation. I had heard from people who had been there that it was very good, so I wanted to try it! Then my friend invited me to go with her! I'm so happy! Thank you! The place is located on Naniwa-suji, west of Kami-tenjin intersection. The store is located at the end of a narrow alley The exterior of the restaurant! It looks like a Japanese restaurant or a kappo (Japanese cooking) restaurant! Naturally, the inside of the restaurant is also clean and simple! There are counter seats and one table for 4 people and one table for 2 people. The atmosphere is sophisticated and luxurious, not like a yakitori restaurant, which I like as a girl! Since there were four of us, we were seated at a table. There are three kinds of course meals on the menu. Omakase course: 4,300 yen Yakitori course: 5 skewers, 2,300 yen Yakitori course: 8 skewers, 3,000 yen Additional skewers can be ordered separately from the course. We ordered the omakase course. We drank a glass of plum wine! Aperitif: "Earnest". Very easy to drink, white wine-like and fruity! The bottle is blue and beautiful to look at~! Oboro Tofu with Edamame Puree Fluffy and gentle tofu with a rich and bean-like edamame flavor! Salad Crunchy and fresh salad! Cute little cucumbers with hearts and stars! It's so special and delicious! Soaked Long Potato in Soy Sauce Crunchy and tasty long potatoes! The soy sauce doesn't bother me! Soaked molokheiya If you don't like the sliminess of molokheiya, you may not like it very much. I like molokheiya because it's good for you! Patties It's about the size of a bite, but it's very concentrated and you can feel the fat decomposing in your mouth. It is condensed and you can feel the fat melt in your mouth. Maybe it's because it's this size that it tastes so good! Furisode, Seseri, Negima, Bonjiri, Tsukune The portions of the skewers are large and hearty! The surface is grilled well, and the inside is juicy and juicy! You can also feel the texture of each skewer. Tsukune is soft and fluffy, and the texture is like cartilage. This texture was very good! Chicken Okakiage (fried chicken) Crispy like a pastry! The oyaki are very fine and delicate! The oil is well drained, so it is not greasy. You can feel the care that has gone into the preparation of this dish. Steamed Tsukune! It is firmer than the skewers, but still fluffy! And when you open the lid, you can smell the "truffle oil"! It smells so good, I can't get enough of it! This is a real bad boy! Eggs Sponge cake? It's so sweet and moist that you'd think it was sponge cake! It's on the level of something you'd get at a sushi restaurant! I want to eat more, and more! This is at the top of the list among all the food I had today! Additional Kimo and Soliles Additional order of Kimo and Soliles! The Kimo was finished rare inside! I've had it at other restaurants and it was very tender. so I was a little disappointed. The sorilles was very juicy and elastic! It's very tasty and has a lot of volume! The fat is also very plump. I think I will order this again next time! Chicken rice with chicken soup I'll have it to finish! I was full, so this amount is fine. But it's too little for a bowl of rice! I took a close-up of the picture, so it's hard to tell... I felt it was a little awkward to look at. The rice and soup were both light and just right for the end of the meal. Mint granite It was a refreshing way to end the meal and cleanse the palate! I think the balance of the course is very good! Just the right amount of dishes to start off with! The yakitori was hearty, and I guess they are particular about the way they grill it! Each dish was perfectly cooked and delicious! And the refined space would have been especially nice if we had eaten at the counter! The service from the waitress was a little disappointing, but it was a fun and delicious time! I'd love to go back - thanks for the food!

Tori Sho Ishii Hard-to-reserve restaurant in Shin-Fukushima A seat that happened to be taken at OMAKASE The restaurant has an L-shaped counter and private rooms with a stylish atmosphere that makes it hard to believe it is a yakitori restaurant! It is a Michelin-starred restaurant! The course is basically as you wish, but you can add a skewer or a sashimi at the end of the course! We were told that there are times when Mr. Ishii is not available for the latter half of the course, but on the day we visited, he was grilling the skewers himself! All the skewers were delicious, but the tsukune was the best! The Tsukune was especially good! To finish off the meal, we chose oyakodon and shio ramen! The oyakodon had a great broth and was the perfect finish! We drank a little sake and paid 10,000 yen per person! Thank you very much!

Hard-to-reserve restaurant in Shin-Fukushima. Seats taken by chance😊. The restaurant has an L-shaped counter and private rooms with a stylish atmosphere that makes it hard to believe it is a yakitori restaurant! Michelin-starred restaurant! The course is basically left to you, but you can add skewers or a final course 😊. I heard that sometimes Mr. Ishii is not available for the latter half of the course, but on the day I visited, he was grilling the skewers himself! All the skewers were delicious, but the tsukune was the best 😊. It's worth a second helping! To finish off the meal, I chose oyakodon and shio ramen! The oyakodon had a great broth and was the perfect finish! We drank a little sake and paid 10,000 yen per person! Thank you very much!

A popular Michelin-starred yakitori restaurant in Fukushima. Standard Negima, Tsukune, and mini burgers. The tsukune are fluffy and delicious. The owner, Mr. Ishii, is friendly and easy to chat with.

I never get tired of going there every month. It is more like a chicken restaurant than a yakitori restaurant. Not only the yakitori, but everything else is delicious as well.
