I don't think there is a Japanese restaurant in Niigata City that can match this one. The atmosphere of the restaurant is full of a sense of luxury, and the food is also full of a sense of luxury.... The dashi (Japanese soup stock) has a very mild taste and is truly delicious. Even people I know who have eaten in various prefectures and countries nodded their heads in agreement that the food here is delicious. The owner of the restaurant is also a very kind person, and I wonder if she creates the soft and fluffy atmosphere of the restaurant. It is very crowded, so if you want to go, you should make a reservation at least a week in advance. I highly recommend it for business entertainment and anniversaries.
