Its refreshing taste, which is not sweet and has a fizzy burst, enhances the deliciousness of your meal. Additionally, the Aomori-specific Apple Sour is sweet and sour, and since you can enjoy the whole fruit, it is recommended for women.
A sake brewed by a representative sake brewery from Aomori, Tan Sake is born from rice fields. It has a moderate aroma, with the deliciousness of rice concentrated, making it a well-balanced product.
