This is a restaurant where mentaiko (cod roe) is the star, and the elegant and calm atmosphere is very pleasant. Even the glasses of water and the ice that came out first were beautiful, showing careful attention to detail. The pickles and salad served as appetizers were refreshing, raising expectations for the main dish. The mentaiko pasta had myoga (Japanese ginger) and perilla leaves as accents, and the rich flavor of high-quality mentaiko was well conveyed. The ginger pork had a gentle sweetness, and the texture of the onions was good, while the side dishes and miso soup were also made with care. The service was attentive, and I even received a small souvenir after the meal, making it a happy lunch.
