I was surprised at how delicious it was beyond my expectations when I entered on a whim. The soup made from sea bream broth has a wonderful aroma, is light, and doesn't feel heavy until the end. The noodles are smooth and have a great texture, perfectly complementing the soup. It's fun to change the flavor little by little with yuzu pepper, and the chashu and grilled sea bream provide a satisfying experience. Pouring the soup over the sea bream rice to finish is very addictive. It's a refined bowl, and I can clearly understand why it's so popular.
