We had a relaxing moment at Hyakushoya, a yakitori restaurant in Tsuruhashi. The kasuzu soup stock was especially good and tasted superb. The breast meat tataki and simple wasabi yam also had a delicious flavor. The surprise potato salad had a boiled egg on top and was very tasty. We also had a few skewers before the finale and they all tasted wonderful. Thank you very much.
